On Wednesday, April 9, 2008 I saw this animal in Bensalem, PA. He was walking through a slightly wooded area, but very close to some houses and only several feet from Hulmeville Road accross from the Acme. As others have stated, I thought it was a fox, no a dog, no a wet, dirty fox/dog. I wanted to stop and take a picture, but only had cell phone and afraid the animal would be rabid and with my luck attack me. I feel sad for this thing. He could use a good meal and a new hair do.

Jonathan,

Thanks again for all of your help. I just read your blog about sublists and will check into publishersmarketplace.com and, most likely, take several more trips to one of my favorite hangouts, Barnes and Noble.

At Karen Syed's request, I emailed her chapter one and a synopsis which, incidentally, I just completed! In preparing my first chapter, since it was so long I broke it apart. I made sure I had a really intense cliffhanger at the end of the chapter.

I'll keep you posted as to my progress and will, most likely, get to another Coffee House soon.

Awesome post about query letters. Thank you for the wonderful advice. I recently just revised mine to make sure it had the impact needed to get noticed. Let's cross our fingers and pray that it works.
